Sunbrella is the top tier industry standard for canvas around the world. Sunbrella is known for its considerable lifetime, raw strength, and amazing color retention for years to come. Marine Sunbrella is breathable to mitigate mold and mildew. Popular colors include black, navy, captain navy, cadet grey, charcoal grey, and pacific blue. Sunbrella offers a huge variety of colors and patterns to please even the pickiest suitor. Best all-round fabric for any project. A traditional Sunbrella marine fabric with a durable polyurethane undercoating for superior water resistance. Sunbrella Plus uses standard Sunbrella colors for coordinating marine applications when both water resistance and breathability are essential. Highly moisture resistant, bright and colorfast with excellent abrasion resistance, dimensionally stable, soft and easy to work with. Ideal for use in biminis, dodgers, cockpit covers, travel covers, full covers, camper tops, and canopies.

Serge Ferrari Stamoid products are the go-to for any light-colored projects. Stamoid Top is a waterproof option coming in at twice the price of Sunbrella. Stamoid is most commonly used in dingy covers, t tops, biminis, helm covers, seat covers and a popular choice for sportfish vessels. Almost all of our white enclosures are made from Stamoid Top. Whites and light tones do well because of the coating on the material. This makes it easier to clean. We also utilize Serge Ferrari Soltis 86 in Sunshade applications. These products come with a 5-year factory warranty.

Explore Aqualon Edge, the next generation in multi-use, high-quality boat cover fabric. Powered by cutting-edge Perfecta Marine^® technology, Aqualon Edge reduces heat gain caused by UV rays. This keeps surfaces and interior temperatures cool. Tough yet flexible, the material is easy to fabricate. It resists water, cracking, fading, mildew, rot, and UV rays while being easy to clean. Use the marine fabric for boat covers and enclosures. We usually use this material as a substitute for Sunbrella on larger covers as this is much lighter. This material also comes in a soft backing version that we sometimes use for car covers and other sensitive surface items. This material comes with a factory 7-year warranty.

We have recently started using Top Gun Vision for Sunshade applications. Top Gun™ Vision is a perforated version of the award winning Top Gun™ ultimate coated fabric. Blocking almost 92% of light, Top Gun™ Vision is the ideal choice when you want to let some light through, or just want to see out. An acrylic coated, 100% woven polyester fabric in the Top Gun™ family of premium coated fabrics, it brings excellent strength, durability, tear and abrasion resistance, dimensional stability, UV and mildew resistance. Perfect for roller shades, side panels, shade screens, or anywhere where you want to let some light shine through.

SOLARFIX® PTFE THREAD
SolarFix is a PTFE thread which has exceptional resistance against UV light and chemical attack. The initial strength is maintained over many years of service. SolarFix is a high-performance thread designed to be used in outdoor applications. The thread comes with a LIFETIME limited warranty.

#10 Vislon YKK zippers have an all-plastic construction including the double-pull slider, giving you a zipper that will not corrode in the salt air. These zippers are the marine industry standard.

We also employ the use of YKK coil zipper with metal pulls for "U" zip openings.

Stainless Fasteners

All of our standard stainless fasteners, YKK zippers, Costa keder track, vents, and poles are sourced locally from Action Upholstery Supply in Sarasota, FL.
